This role is part of the Emerging Markets Finance team which is the fastest growing & one of the most profitable regions. The Emerging Finance team works across multiple geographies and diverse cultures which includes 99 countries covering Southeast Asia, India, Middle East, Central Asia, Türkiye & Africa.

  • Be a strategic & analytical partner to the SEA2 Sales & Marketing Team. SEA 2 cluster comprising of Thailand, Indonesia & Philippines is one of the largest clusters in Emerging region. The incumbent will provide functional leadership in the areas of financial planning & data analytics and help to drive a balanced profitable growth while maintaining financial Integrity. This role will also work closely with Controllership, EM Regional Finance & cluster supply chain.

Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Partner with the cluster sales heads in making sound financial decisions, own the P&L by managing the budgets and drive predictability while achieving business results.
  • Provide financial leadership to the cluster Sales & marketing team through data based analytics, trends & key insights from a finance perspective.
  • Lead the annual/quarterly financial planning process across the Categories, Accounts, Country/cluster to properly reflect the business opportunities and risks.
  • Track & report key performance indicators such as Revenue, Margins, Sell Through/Sellout, Channel Inventory and operating expenses.
  • Maintain Weekly Sales reporting update & tableau dashboard reporting.
  • Perform quarter end close accruals, actuals reporting, post close reconciliations (Distributor/Retailer incentives, promotions and marketing activities) and track quarterly spending (Soft$ & Marcom).
  • Maintain solid foundation of business operation supported by effective process controls and ensuring strict adherence to internal policies.
  • Ensure high quality in financial overview, reporting and compliance.
  • Lead/support in preparation of management supporting decks and give guidance to business on visualization of data.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics. CA/CMA/CPA would be a plus.
  • 6-8 years of Commercial Finance or FP&A experience preferably in Consumer electronics, IT or FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Ability to drive change and influence business results through data driven analysis.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expert in Excel; Experience in Tableau, Oracle Essbase & planning systems such as Onestream preferred
